Check-out: Saturday before 10:00 am

After signed lease and payments are verified:

• Owner will contact the tenant to get estimated time of arrival (ETA) and confirm mobile phone number.
• Owner will arrange our greeter to be at the house to give a quick welcome tour and sign for the key.

Guests may leave the keys inside the house upon departure, or stay until the 10:00am home inspection.
